What you'll be doing
- Supervise daily sterile manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP procedures
- Lead, develop, and coach team of approximately 50 operators and technicians
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, OEE, and yield
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and collaborate cross-functionally on operational initiatives
