Role summary
Production Engineering Co-op position supporting the design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes for medical devices at Johnson & Johnson's Danvers facility. What you'll be doing
- Support design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze trends and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including procedures, process flows, and FMEAs
- Coordinate process improvements and production-transfer activities with global Operations and Quality teams
- Assist with process validations, capability studies, and failure investigations
