Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP/GDP standards and maintain audit readiness with accurate documentation
Manage operational performance through KPI monitoring, capacity planning, and business continuity planning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and cost performance
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on process improvements and new product implementations
