Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Production Engineering Manager to oversee technical support, process validation, and continuous improvement in cardiovascular device manufacturing. - Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop production engineering team members on technical skills and continuous improvement
- Anticipate and resolve manufacturing challenges using engineering expertise and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards including FDA QSR and GMP
- Qualify and optimize manufacturing processes through validation activities and statistical process control
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and manage engineering projects
