What you'll be doing

  • Optimize production processes and implement new technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage process improvement projects and develop validated manufacturing processes for new products
  • Implement automation solutions and ensure consistent product quality with regulatory compliance
  • Partner with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities and reduce costs
  • Perform root cause analysis and risk assessment to improve operational efficiency
