What you'll be doing

Implement and sustain BD production system work processes for manufacturing unit
Identify critical equipment settings and develop operational standards
Train operators and associates on continuous improvement methodologies
Analyze equipment efficiency data and develop plans to improve OEE performance
Manage manufacturing change control, validation activities, and root cause analysis
