- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaborate across teams
What you'll be doing
- Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business stakeholders
- Respond to field inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals regarding CRM products and troubleshooting
- Develop and facilitate training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
- Provide backup sales support including regional training seminars and clinical studies
- Mentor less experienced clinical specialists and continuously develop engineering and technical skills
