IQVIA seeks an experienced Clinical Lead for Oncology to oversee regional and global clinical trial delivery. The role requires ensuring recruitment targets, site performance, and regulatory compliance while leading cross-functional teams and managing clinical risks throughout the study lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related scientific discipline
- Strong Oncology background required
- 5+ years clinical research, monitoring, or clinical operations experience at CRO, pharma, or biotech
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead clinical study delivery including recruitment and site management
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead clinical delivery of regional and global studies, ensuring quality, timeline, and recruitment objectives are met
- Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrollment targets
- Partner with Project Leaders to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence
- Manage clinical risks, oversee quality standards, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support financial oversight including forecasting, budget management, and scope change identification
