Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Conduct design reviews with R&D teams to ensure inspection system capability and product manufacturability
- Develop and execute technical reliability studies, design of experiments, and risk analysis for new products and processes
- Design gauges and fixtures for in-process inspection; recommend improved gauging methods for operations
- Create standardized inspection procedures and analyze performance reports to identify process variables affecting quality
- Mentor engineering team members and train employees on quality tools, techniques, and product requirements
