Role summary
Packaging equipment maintenance technician role supporting production operations on Thursday–Saturday night shifts. - Capacity to lift 40 lbs regularly and work extended periods on feet
What you'll be doing
- Support equipment setup, changeover, startup, and continuous operation on packaging lines
- Develop work instructions, setup documentation, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment downtime and implement immediate solutions to restore operations
- Validate newly installed equipment performance and document maintenance activities per GMP procedures
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement meetings focused on safety and efficiency
