- Strategic problem-solving capability with payroll and tax implications knowledge
What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles and approve all payroll-related payments in jurisdiction
- Conduct payroll audits and prepare external/internal audit documentation
- Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and professional development
- Monitor payroll KPIs including error rates, processing time, and stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate payroll reports and insights with HR and Finance teams
