Role summary

Senior Manager position in Oncology Real-World Evidence and Epidemiology within Pfizer's Medical Evidence Development organization. Leads design and conduct of epidemiologic studies supporting drug development, manages RWE deliverables, and builds internal and external partnerships across oncology assets.

PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Outcomes, or related quantitative field plus 1+ years pharmaceutical/academic experience; or MPH with 5+ years relevant experience (1+ in pharma)
Strong quantitative skills for generating insights from real-world and observational data sources
Demonstrated technical writing and oral presentation skills with peer-reviewed publications and scientific conference presentations
Ability to convert complex analyses into meaningful insights using data visualization and manipulation of structured/unstructured data
Work independently and collaboratively in matrixed environments under pressure
Knowledge of regulatory environment for real-world evidence and awareness of epidemiology and emerging technologies

What you'll be doing

Design, conduct, and report global epidemiologic research studies on Pfizer oncology pipeline and approved products
Author and review study protocols, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, regulators, and medical professionals
Manage quality, timeliness, and efficiency of RWE/Epi deliverables across assigned product and disease areas
Develop external partnerships to leverage data resources and support high-priority global studies
Deliver rapid insights from real-world data and non-study deliverables including literature reviews and regulatory responses
