Role summary
Pfizer seeks a Director to lead data management and engineering for its Global Supply organization, overseeing data pipeline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing and supply chain systems in a GxP-regulated environment.

What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and operate data pipeline and integration estate connecting source systems to enterprise consumption
- Lead data quality engineering including rule definition, anomaly detection, and remediation across the estate
- Ensure pipelines and data products meet 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, GAMP 5, and data integrity requirements
- Build, lead, and develop distributed engineering teams across multiple geographies with recruitment and succession planning
- Partner with Data, Analytics & AI Transformation organization and Digital solution teams to establish DataOps practices
