Role summary
Natera seeks an experienced Lead Biostatistician to independently design, analyze, and report on oncology clinical trials for molecular diagnostic tests. - Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred
- 4+ years of clinical trial biostatistics experience
- Expert knowledge of time-to-event analysis, censoring, competing risks, and survival modeling
- Expertise in adaptive designs, biomarker-informed designs, and power calculations
- Working knowledge of ICH, GCP guidelines, and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Proficiency in R programming language
What you'll be doing
- Lead statistical design and analytical planning for oncology clinical utility studies
- Serve as study statistician for multiple concurrent studies with cross-functional teams
- Author and review statistical deliverables including analysis plans, reports, and publications
- Mentor junior biostatisticians and recommend novel statistical approaches to improve departmental processes
