Role summary
Natera seeks an experienced biostatistician to lead the design, analysis, and reporting of oncology clinical trials for its molecular diagnostic portfolio. - Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred
- 4+ years of clinical trial biostatistics experience
- Strong expertise in time-to-event analysis, censoring, competing risks, and survival modeling in oncology
- Knowledge of adaptive and biomarker-informed study designs, power calculations, and endpoint evaluation
- Working knowledge of ICH, GCP guidelines, and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Proficiency in R
What you'll be doing
- Lead statistical design and analytical planning for oncology clinical utility studies
- Serve as study statistician across multiple concurrent studies with cross-functional teams
- Author and review statistical deliverables including SAPs, analysis reports, and publications
- Recommend and implement novel statistical approaches; mentor junior statisticians
