Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Roanoke, VA territory to drive sales of CAPLYTA® and meet revenue targets through ethical engagement with healthcare providers and mental health facilities in psychiatry.

What you'll be doing

Drive sales performance through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare providers and mental health community centers
Develop deep product and disease state knowledge to conduct clinical discussions compliant with regulations
Create local strategic and tactical business plans with appropriate resource allocation and budget management
Maintain market awareness and share competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders
Manage administrative tasks including call reporting, customer data, samples, and expense documentation
