Role summary
Merck seeks an Oncology Sales Representative for the Richmond/Southern Virginia territory to engage customers, educate stakeholders on oncology products, and drive sales goals. This field-based role requires travel within the region and collaboration with internal teams to support cancer care providers.

What you'll be doing
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals in collaboration with territory team members

- Communicate product value using approved messaging and patient-centered rationale for indicated uses
- Analyze market trends across drug distribution channels and prescription patterns
- Coordinate with cross-functional team including Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, and Nurse Educator
