Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and test governance for regulated environments

What you'll be doing

Define and improve integrated software development and test strategy aligned with product roadmaps and regulatory commitments
Lead software developers, automation engineers, and verification engineers; manage hiring, objectives, coaching, and succession planning
Provide technical direction for cloud-native applications, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and clinical integrations throughout product lifecycle
Establish and enforce software engineering governance covering design reviews, coding standards, testing practices, and quality metrics
Own test governance, risk-based planning, requirements traceability, and release-readiness assessments; drive compliance with design controls
