- Serve as primary IT interface and trusted advisor for Pluvigner plant leadership on manufacturing technology needs
- Define and evolve the plant-level manufacturing IT strategy and roadmap aligned with global standards
- Translate business and operational drivers into value-driven digital solutions for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure IT solutions meet GxP compliance requirements
- Partner with IT delivery teams on initiative prioritization, scope management, and reliable execution
