Twist Bioscience seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead cloud infrastructure, operations, and reliability initiatives in a hybrid South San Francisco role. Production-level Kubernetes cluster management and container orchestration
Advanced networking knowledge including DNS, load balancing, CDN, and firewalls
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Bash, or Terraform
Experience with observability platforms like Splunk and CI/CD pipeline implementation

What you'll be doing

Lead the Site Operations and SRE team and foster a culture of operational excellence
Architect, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and high availability
Develop and maintain observability platforms including logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing
Establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and incident response procedures
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and system resilience
