ServiceNow ITOM, Dynatrace observability, and agile environment experience

What you'll be doing

Lead technical direction and coordination of Greece AI Ops pod through influence and senior decision-making
Own end-to-end agentic ticket pipeline design: intake, investigation, root-cause analysis, production readiness
Define capability contracts governing agent runbooks, integration allowlists, and action scope per system
Establish standards for connectors, remediation playbooks, rollback, and audit across operational toolchain
Enforce accuracy and reliability targets; determine when automated actions are trustworthy without human approval
