Role summary

Pfizer Oncology seeks a Senior Manager, Scientific AI Engineer to design and build end-to-end AI solutions for oncology drug discovery and development. What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and prototype AI/ML solutions addressing oncology discovery, translational, and clinical challenges
Apply advanced analytical and machine learning methods to multimodal datasets including molecular, clinical, and real-world data
Own end-to-end solutions from problem framing and data exploration through model development and user-facing outputs
Collaborate with domain experts to ensure scientific rigor and decision relevance of AI solutions
Iterate rapidly on prototypes based on user feedback and document methods, assumptions, and limitations
