What you'll be doing

Develop, implement, and oversee EH&S policies, procedures, and compliance across both Belgian sites
Manage site-level EH&S scorecards, objectives, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead external EH&S support teams and provide coaching to business partners on safety matters
Serve as EH&S representative to regional Deliver IM leadership, reporting KPIs and escalating critical risks
Monitor contractor and operational risks, manage change initiatives, and ensure training effectiveness
