What you'll be doing
- Meet production targets from Master Production Schedule while ensuring safety and lean practices
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional production team in learning-focused environment
- Drive new product and equipment introductions with engineering support and operator training
- Monitor production metrics, conduct team reviews, and recommend corrective actions
- Lead deviation investigations and support continuous improvement activities
Compensation€63,155–€73,300 base annually plus 8% holiday allowance
