Role summary
Catalent seeks a Manufacturing Product Lead for its Kansas City oral solid dosage facility. The role provides technical expertise in process manufacturing, quality compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to optimize production operations.

- Bachelor of Science in engineering, science, or related field; or 15+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience

- Experience with equipment IQ/OQ/PQ qualification
- Background in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Six Sigma preferred
- 1–3 years experience in oral solid dose pharmaceutical operations preferred
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, safety, quality, and supply reliability under cGMP standards
- Author, review, and approve master batch records, bills of materials, equipment recipes, and cleaning verification forms
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or process-related problems and implement corrections
- Lead technology transfer and implementation of new equipment, processes, and technologies across manufacturing sites
- Support annual product reviews, continued process verification, risk assessments, and FMEAs with significant shop floor presence
