Role summary

What you'll be doing

Serve as primary point of contact for global workplace experience soft services coordination across Groton and New Haven campuses
Manage annual OpEx budgets exceeding $11.9M and oversee budget forecasting for both sites
Lead oversight of daily soft service delivery operations and conduct monthly business reviews to ensure contractual compliance
Support vendor negotiations, contract changes, and sourcing initiatives to optimize services and achieve cost savings
Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, AAALAC, and other regulatory requirements for regulated laboratory and manufacturing spaces
