Role summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manager, Operational Excellence to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations at the Summit West facility. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt from accredited institution preferred
- Lean Silver Certification or Shingo Graduate preferred
- Experience with A3 problem solving and tier management systems
What you'll be doing
- Serve as internal continuous improvement coach to site-wide manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions
- Facilitate A3 problem solving and coach tier management systems across organizational levels
- Deploy and sustain 5S systems, visual management tools, and Yellow Belt program for frontline capability building
- Design and execute kaizen events and process improvement workshops including gemba-based documentation
- Drive turnaround time improvements and waste elimination across key value streams using OpEx and Green Belt methodologies
