What you'll be doing
- Conduct HR investigations for high-volume cases across multiple countries, including intake, planning, interviews, and recommendations
- Analyze HR investigation data and trends to identify risks and support organizational integrity
- Provide counsel and recommendations to HRBPs and leadership on employee relations issues
- Develop and deliver training to managers, employees, and HRBPs on employee relations standards and processes
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on discipline and investigations related to policy violations
Compensation€76,000 - €126,000 EUR annual
