Experience managing workforce analytics, HR data, reporting, or compliance processes
Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and translate insights into action
Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in consultative capacity

What you'll be doing

Lead development and execution of culture and inclusion strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational values
Partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusive practices across talent, leadership, and engagement processes
Own U.S. workforce compliance reporting calendar including EEO-1, VETS-4212, and applicable state or local requirements
Serve as subject matter expert for workforce, culture, and human capital data used in external ESG and non-financial disclosures
Analyze workforce and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights for organizational leaders
