Role summary

- Manage day-to-day legal operations including matter management, intake processes, and training resources
- Assist with legal spend management, budgeting, forecasting, and invoice review with Finance
- Implement and oversee legal technology tools such as matter management and contract systems
- Coordinate with outside counsel and vendors including onboarding and performance tracking
- Support process improvement initiatives to optimize legal output and reduce costs
