Role summary
Integrated DNA Technologies seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, reporting, and planning operations across the organization. The role oversees U.S. and international tax matters, GAAP reporting, and tax automation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and controls.

- Experience with sales and use tax compliance and tax technology implementations
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and cross-functional project management
What you'll be doing
- Lead U.S. and international tax compliance, accounting, reporting, and audit activities across multiple tax areas
- Prepare tax provisions, reporting packages, legal entity forecasts, and GAAP-compliant deliverables
- Drive implementation and management of sales and use tax automation, ERP integrations, and multi-state filing compliance
- Partner with Finance, IT, Commercial, and Operations teams to develop scalable processes and strengthen internal controls
- Lead tax process improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System and support external tax audits
