Role summary

- Planned preventative maintenance experience and independent problem-solving capability
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage external contractors
What you'll be doing
- Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on customized production equipment within cleanroom conditions
- Maintain facility infrastructure including Air Handling Units, steam boilers, and chiller plant equipment
- Track and complete preventive maintenance work orders with documentation of remedial actions
- Manage spare parts allocation and coordinate with Parts Control Specialist on inventory levels
- Record all maintenance activities in IBM Maximo CMMS and review contractor documentation
