- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced production setting
What you'll be doing
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and support systems
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and technical issues to minimize production downtime
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and document findings in compliance with GMP requirements
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support equipment qualification and validation activities
