What you'll be doing

Prepare, coordinate, and oversee complex maintenance activities including shutdowns and projects
Develop work permits, LOTO procedures, and risk assessments for maintenance tasks
Coordinate scheduling and communications between maintenance, production, and external stakeholders
Monitor planning, quality, safety, and budget adherence for maintenance operations
Drive maintenance optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
