Role summary

- Design, schedule, and deliver onsite training sessions; maintain training records and completion data
- Develop inspection methods, defect libraries, and training test kits; perform maintenance on equipment
- Write, revise, and maintain SOPs, protocols, and training documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support supervisors with operational activities and facilitate cross-functional communication on training and quality initiatives
