Role summary
Lead Operator role in pharmaceutical manufacturing at a specialized oral solid dose facility. Responsible for equipment operation, maintenance, and team leadership on night shifts while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and handle up to 100 lbs. occasionally

What you'll be doing
- Lead operations teams in equipment setup, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly for pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Follow production documents, SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements accurately during all operations
- Supervise manufacturing teams and direct production activities in absence of supervisors
- Operate SAP, Excel, Pharma suite, Maximo and other software to support manufacturing operations
- Operate forklifts and walkie stackers to manage materials and equipment movement
