Natera's Oncology Pharma Marketing team seeks a Lead Campaign Manager to develop and execute integrated pharma marketing campaigns end-to-end. This senior individual-contributor role requires autonomous strategy setting, cross-channel execution oversight, performance measurement, and executive-level stakeholder partnership.

What you'll be doing

Develop and own oncology pharma campaign strategy end-to-end from planning through optimization
Direct day-to-day execution across digital, email, paid media, content, and event channels
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization
Set creative briefs and direction with creative teams; ensure alignment with campaign strategy
Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to drive campaign delivery
