Develop and maintain market-specific plans defining where delivery services add value and success metrics
Translate global standards and platform changes into actionable plans driving adoption and compliance
Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely execution of channel and samples services with quality oversight
Collaborate across marketing, medical, legal, compliance, and digital functions on approvals and standards
