Role summary
This Labour and Employee Relations Specialist role at Cytiva supports UK and Ireland operations, managing disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases. What you'll be doing
- Manage high-volume employee relations casework including discipline, grievance, performance, and absence matters
- Support and conduct investigations by reviewing statements, notes, evidence, and drafting outcomes
- Provide support to people leaders during disciplinary and grievance hearing proceedings
- Coach managers on fair, consistent, legally compliant decision-making in HR matters
- Maintain accurate case records in HR systems and ensure ACAS Code compliance
