What you'll be doing
- Perform mammalian cell culture experiments with primary cells and immortalized cell lines
- Learn and apply cell-based assay development approaches including transfection and image-based readouts
- Execute molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and qPCR
- Analyze experimental data and prepare reports identifying variances and concerns
- Present findings to group and prepare final presentation at internship conclusion
Compensation$20.00 - $55.00 hourly; benefits include paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
