Role summary
Labcorp seeks a payroll tax intern for an 11-week summer program in Burlington, North Carolina. The intern will support payroll tax audits, reconciliation processes, and regulatory reporting while learning Federal, State, and Local tax requirements.

- Experience with Workday and payroll systems highly preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Support daily payroll tax audit responsibilities and multiple concurrent projects
- Assist with quarter-end and year-end payroll tax filing reconciliation
- Learn payroll processing, tax withholding, and regulatory agency reporting procedures
- Support quarterly and annual earnings reporting processes to employees and agencies
- Collaborate with payroll tax team members and internal or external colleagues on projects
