Role summary
Junior Project Coordinator role within Eurofins' V.I.E programme, supporting talent management and HR analytics initiatives across the European network. Based in Brussels for 12 months, reporting to the Regional Finance Director and collaborating with global talent management teams.
What they're looking for
- Recently graduated with master's degree in engineering, data management, finance, business, or related field
- EEA national aged 18–28, eligible for Business France V.I.E programme
- Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI familiarity strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex information clearly
- Experience or internship in project management, data-driven roles, or HR process improvement
What you'll be doing
- Support development of standard performance objectives by job type, aligned with business KPIs
- Review and align job descriptions and competency frameworks across roles for consistency
- Support succession planning tools and processes; consolidate information and identify gaps
- Assist with collection and analysis of top talent data; contribute to development actions
- Support talent management initiatives including people-data analysis and internal mobility projects
