Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an Instrumentation & Equipment Specialist II to maintain, calibrate, and repair equipment and systems supporting cGMP manufacturing, laboratories, and warehouse operations in Philadelphia. The role involves preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, compliance documentation, and facility inspections.

Knowledge of PLCs, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting
Familiarity with temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, and other measurement standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and architectural plans
Experience with root cause analysis and deviation reporting in regulated environments
Knowledge of applicable building codes and cGMP compliance requirements

What you'll be doing

Perform preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance on CTUs, utilities, and manufacturing instruments
Calibrate, adjust, and maintain measuring and indicating instruments to established standards
Conduct routine facility inspections and respond to alarms from building management systems
Investigate out-of-tolerance events and support metrology through root cause analysis
Complete incident reports, deviation investigations, and work order execution with compliance documentation
