Expand service delivery capabilities across IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, and enterprise functions
Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, RPA, and advanced analytics adoption
Build and lead diverse, high-performing organization with succession planning and capability development programs
Manage operating budget, workforce strategy, and deliver productivity improvements while maintaining service quality
