What you'll be doing

Deliver day-to-day HR support to business leaders and large employee groups with appropriate care levels
Lead recurring HR processes and core programs including compensation, goal setting, and performance management
Coach managers and senior leaders on talent management, performance improvement, and succession planning
Escalate complex employee relations cases and collaborate with People Services and Centers of Expertise teams
Monitor and communicate HR program performance using data-driven insights to inform business solutions
