Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, employer branding, structured interviewing, and recruiting tools
Working knowledge of US employment compliance and preferably Canadian and Latin American hiring practices

What you'll be doing

Own Americas talent acquisition strategy and translate business goals into executable hiring roadmaps
Lead, coach, and develop team of Lead/Senior/TA Partners with clear goals and inclusive culture
Advise executives on org design, market intelligence, compensation trends, and specialized talent availability
Drive predictable hiring delivery across high-volume, niche scientific, and executive searches
Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill disciplines through university partnerships and industry associations
