Role summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Global Engineering Governance Manager to establish and maintain standardized engineering governance, project controls, and documentation practices across global manufacturing sites. This role drives consistent execution of capital and engineering projects through documented procedures and interfaces with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
10+ years engineering experience, preferably medical device or regulated environments
3–5 years project management experience with ISO, QSR, and design control knowledge
Demonstrated expertise in project controls: scope, cost, schedule, risk, and change management
Experience developing or implementing engineering standards and governance processes
Knowledge of engineering documentation, CAD systems, and document control practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed sites and influence matrixed teams

What you'll be doing

Maintain and update global engineering governance standards, procedures, tools, and templates for capital project execution
Manage standardized project controls and implement stage-gate processes from initiation through closeout
Lead documentation efforts for facility engineering, construction, commissioning, validation, and lifecycle activities
Establish global CAD and engineering documentation standards including naming, revision control, and retention
Serve as primary interface between Integra and external engineering, architectural, and construction partners
