What you'll be doing

Create and maintain sales orders, billing notification forms, and credit memos in CRM and SAP systems
Prepare orders for billing and resolve standard exceptions prior to invoicing
Support contract setup and statement of work coordination with Sales and Contracting teams
Act as operational interface between Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Systems teams
Identify recurring issues and support process improvements and automation initiatives
