Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Finance Compliance Manager for its Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation program in Bangalore. - Serve as primary compliance liaison for assigned programs, ensuring early integration of compliance into planning and delivery
- Coordinate risk assessments, control identification, and compliance deliverables across transformation execution teams
- Mentor program teams on transformation-specific compliance topics including internal controls and data integrity
- Monitor compliance progress and escalate material gaps, delays, or emerging risks to senior management
