Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, and OEM manuals
Problem-solving using PDCA, fishbone analysis, and lean methodologies
Knowledge of risk-based maintenance and equipment criticality assessment

What you'll be doing

Execute preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
Calibrate field instruments including transmitters, sensors, flowmeters, and control valves per GMP procedures
Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and support CAPA and deviation investigations
Manage preventive maintenance plans using EAMS/CMMS with accurate documentation and work order tracking
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ activities ensuring compliance
